What Happens After You Send Us the Photo

People are cautious about messaging a stranger a photo of their stuff, and that's fair. So here's the whole process, start to finish, with nothing left out.

Step 1 — You send a photo

One wide shot is enough to start. The shelf, the tub, the pile on the floor, the open closet. You don't need to identify anything, sort anything, price anything, or clean anything up. Genuinely — a messy photo is fine and honestly more useful, because we can see what's actually there.

If some of it is buried, mention it. "There's another bin like this in the garage" changes the number.

Step 2 — We look, and we ask

We'll go through what's in frame and usually come back with a couple of questions. Almost always the same ones:

• Are the manuals and cases still around?
• Is the original power supply or any of the controllers in the box?
• Is there a second bin, shelf or closet with more?
• Does everything power on, as far as you know?

Those questions aren't a test. Complete sets and original accessories are worth more, so we ask because we want the number to be right. "I don't know" is a completely fine answer to any of them.

Step 3 — You get one real number

We come back with a single cash figure for the lot.

Three things about that number:

It's real. It's what we'll hand you, not an opening position we plan to walk down when we see the stuff in person.

It's for the lot. We don't pick out four good things and leave you with the rest to deal with. Mixed, incomplete and boring items are part of what we're buying.

It doesn't obligate you to anything. Plenty of people get a number, think about it, and say no thanks. That's a normal outcome and there's no follow-up pressure. Some of them message us again a year later.

Step 4 — We come to you

If the number works, we set a time and come out. OKC metro. We load it, you get paid on the spot, and you're done.

No listing. No photographing forty items. No shipping. No meetup that gets rescheduled twice and then ghosted. No stranger in your driveway asking if you'll take half.

What we buy

Video games, consoles, controllers, accessories and whole collections — retro through modern. Action figures, playsets and vintage toy lines. Loose, boxed, complete, incomplete, dusty, one-controller-broken. Single shelves and entire rooms.
