Oklahoma Retro Buys (“we,” “us,” or “our”) buys retro and vintage video games, systems, and toys from sellers in the Oklahoma City metro area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (okretrobuys.com) and to messages you send our Oklahoma Retro Buys Facebook Page.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Facebook & Messenger information. When you message our Facebook Page, we receive, through Meta’s Messenger Platform: your public Facebook display name, a page-scoped user ID, the content of the messages you send us, any photos or attachments you share, and message timestamps. We use this solely to respond to you and evaluate items you offer to sell.
Information collected automatically. Our website host may log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and messages;
- To evaluate the items you offer and make you a cash offer;
- To arrange a meeting place, time, and payment for a purchase;
- To provide customer support and keep records of our transactions;

We use Meta’s Messenger Platform to communicate with people who message our Page, and we adhere to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Your use of Facebook and Messenger is also governed by Meta’s own Privacy Policy.
Data retention & deletion
We keep message and contact information only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our transaction records, then delete it. You may request that we delete the information associated with you at any time — email sell@okretrobuys.com with the subject “Data Deletion,” or send us a message on Facebook. We will delete your information within 30 days of a verified request.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
